How would you bet the game of craps if you found that the casion was using loaded dice on a craps table, that were loaded to 6/1?

This is a hypothetical question! No I didn’t find any casino using loaded dice, just what to see what you can come up with!

It’s quiet here so let’s see where this goes.

I posted this on another board a long time ago and cannot find the response by crooked shot.

The situation: I have a $ 3000 buy in. Minimum bet is $5. I start with a $5 bet in the field and double my bet after each loss.
2 and 12 pays double ( nice if one pays triple ). I have enough money to make 10 bets. What is the chance I do not have 1 win in 10 consequtive tries ?

I am thinking when I win the martingale I revert back to a $ 5 dollar bet I parlay the bet 3 times ,if I win, I go back to a $ 5 dollar bet.

My win goal is $ 500. If you have enough information, can you give me an idea of my chance to reach this win goal .

Had to share this story.

I was playing at my local place yesterday and this young guy comes in with his uncle. He is going to show the uncle how to play craps. He puts down 10 $20 bills and asks for greens.
First roll, he puts $100 on any craps and $100 on the field. roll was snakes eyes. Takes his $900 profit
Next roll he doubles his bets….roll was an ace-duece for a $1500 win.He goes nuts hugging everyone in sight. He asks for 2 $500 chips which he puts in his pocket and puts the rest in his rack..I tell him “good for you - keep a zipper on that pocket”
He continues to play virtuallly the same way, with an occassional $25 on each of the hardways.
He wins an occassional field bet, but nothing else.
Five minutes later he goes into his pocket to take out the $500 chips.
Two minutes later, he is gone - busted.

Damn…....

What is the standard system casinos use to determine comps?

How can you be sure, as a player, that the casino is not cheating you?

How can a player maximize their comps? For somone that travels to casinos for entertainment and brings the wife - I take in to account the amount of comps I receive when looking at how well I’ve done on the trip. Without the comps we would have eaten the same places and my wife still would have visited the spa.

Here is a real life example of how the comps system concerns me:

In Vegas, at the HR, for a 4 day business trip. I usually, buy in with 2k, and play $15 - $25 passline with max odds. I played for 25+ hours easy during the trip. Well the morning I am set to leave I go down to the floor to wast a few hours before my flight. I notice one of those kiosks that you can check your rewards points - well I checked my card and I had ZERO comps on the card. Luckily, a host books my travel and everything was taken care of by him, but what if I didnt know any better? Any other stories like this?

I remember seeing a video on you tube a couple of years ago…......concerning “right” betting.
I dont remember the name of the host in the video. But, he stated if everyone that played craps, used this style of play….......the casinos would change the rules of the game! Now, that’s a bold statement. But remember he said…....“everyone”.
This is the the play he stated. By-pass the comeout roll and just place $44 inside, whatever the point is (one $5 unit on the 4, 5, 8, and 9. Wait three rolls of the dice, hoping to get a score on one of the place bets. If you dont get a hit, take down your bets and wait for the next shooter. If you do, then take down the 5 and 9, and reduce the 6 and 8 to $6 each. So…..............after the initial score, you have $14 profit with $12 at risk on the table. A 7 leaves you with $2 profit for that shooter, and another hit on either the 6 or 8 gives you a $21 profit. Then take down your bets and wait for the next shooter.
He did offer an offshoot of going to $22 inside and trying to get a third score. That has you risking $1 to win $28 and fighting the powerful 7. Or you can just take the $21 profit and await the next shooter. There are many different ideas of how to play after the initial hit….....but this is a definite play that gets my attention. Of course, incorporating a “win goal” and a “loss limit” based on your bankroll is a must!

Hi I am actually mastergrisham from yesterday but I couldnt remember my password and couldnt find the forget password request anywhere if any admins have a issue with this please let me know how to obtain my other password for my account and I will login from there. Well on to what I need help with yesterday someone on this forum helped me I thought but it was my fault I assumed I could change the bets they do change but they also deduct from my main balance at this casino so my balance literally says -1 if i bet on the pass or don’t pass line. something but I can do these things and if anyone has advice on what I could do with these little tricks that my program allows me to I would appreciate it.

1. I can spin without any risk at all I can keep spinning until I see a 7’s a row etc.

2. I can place chips on the board anywhere at anytime except the pass line and the dont pass line but I can place them anywhere else on the board providing that I have the amount in my game account if not the amount will be -1. An example is say I put chips on 4,5,6,8,9,10 I can take those chips off and place them back on whenever I like or anywhere else on the board minus the pass and dont pass line.

3. I can place bets on the pass and dont pass at the start and I can take them off after the first spin all of them without penalty.

I’m sure there is more I could do but again I really dont know a thing about craps so if anyone has any advice on what I could do or a strategy again I would be grateful.

I WILL reward the person if their strategy works (If there is even one with the above little tricks for now I’ve been waiting till I see three 7’s in a row and I start betting it hasnt lost yet eventhough I’m sure one will eventually come with 4 sevens in a row,

$15 Crap Table Question…

Hello. I have a question: On a $15 min. Craps table, does all bets at the same time have to be $15? For example: If I bet $15 on the Pass Line, and I want to bet on the Field, does it also have to be $15? Or can any subsequent bets be less than $15? Thanks…

I turely believe those who think they can beat craps/earn a living at it are delussional….every bet has a built in house advantage no matter how you cut it.
On the other hand i think guys that make low risk bets can usally go to a brick and motar casino and either do well or not get smoked most of the time.

I saw one genius on here advise a newbie to make a place bet as opposed to a come bet is that guys kidding me ? LOL
The come bet offers a 2 to 1 edge on THAT throw.

Anyway on to my math ? i believe if you can successfuly get by 2 come bets (dependent on the numbers rolled) you are either at equal odds vs a win loss or at and advantage.
example… 4 - 10 six ways to make that vs 6 ways to seven = 50/50 to hit at least one bet….5 - 8 9 ways to win at least one vs 6 ways to lose….in this case you hhave a 50% better chance to win one bet vs lose both.
Take Double odds on you numbers at all times…..on the 4 - 10 the house edge would be about 3.6 to 4%...I believe if you were able to take 4 times odds on that bet the house edge then becomes about 2% is that correct ?
on the 5 -9 example the house edge would be less then 2%.....you say you are still at a disadvantage ? of course but at such low % you could play for hours without getting smoked….I also believe tru the course of the night you’re gonna catch a hot shooter or two that is even likely to put you into + advantage land at least for that particular night.

Last but not least i noticed on my last 4 trips to ac (maybe coincidence) all the best rolls came from the guys no more then 2 people removed from the box man…...makes sense to me…..i don’t like when a guy has to toss from the far end of the table.
