I am heading to Atlantic City in June 9-12 Sunday through Thursday I am not a beginner, but not a once a week or more player either. I am looking for low limit craps tables where dice influence shooters play. I have been dabbling in DI and have gotten ok with 3V set as long as I can stand right or near right of the stick man. I am a place better mostly with PL 2-5x odds based on how table “feels”. Any advice would be great. Thanks

One of my last trips to AC, I called a pit boss out for laughing because players were losing. I was very frustrated by his actions, so I put it to him bluntly like this. “next time I’m rolling the dice and holding them for one hour (which I have done on occasion) be sure to keep smiling and laughing.” How unprofessional is this jerk. Insulting customers. Before I get feedback on this, I do understand any player can play somewhere else. Has anyone had this problem and what happened?? I’m very curious to hear your thoughts. For the record, I have never seen this happen in Vegas and my own personal record roll was in Paris Casino Las Vegas (August 2011) for 1 hour & 40 minutes and at no time was I bothered with the staff or pit boss. They were very classy even after losing around $750k. I do hope all of you have a roll like I did. It is simply amazing and it maybe a long time before I’m at a table to be part of again….

I am interested in knowing what others think about tipping the dealers and other players (when they have a hot roll and make you lots of $$$)?

What is the general etiquette? Just curious what everyone does…

I usually place pass line bets for the dealers when I am ahead and doing well. Sometimes I toss “2 way” hardways bets. Other times I may make a “2 way yo”...

I’ve thrown players a few nickle chips when I’ve done well on their hot roll as well…

Hi all…

I had posted about a week ago about my trip to Pimlico this weekend for the Preakness. I was planning on going to Maryland Live! Casino by my hotel but after your feedback and reading the reviews it seemed to pricey for my taste.

Now we are instead planning at stopping at Parx Casino in Philadelphia on the way down. Can anyone share any info on how the craps play is there?

I hear table minimums can also tend to be a little pricey there? Hopefully not as bad as Maryland Live! but any info on the craps play at Parx would once again be appreciated.

Thanks!

Just sitting here thinking about craps and other players. A month or so ago I got so irritated by another player that I wished that a seven would roll so that he would lose and leave the dam table. lol. And I had money on the passline and numbers. Sometimes other players just make me sick.

I hate when players buy in for alot of money right next to me. Im standing there with 200 chips in the rail, up and down over the last hour and a half and this guy thinks he’s gonna walk up with 3k, place a few hundred on the inside and start winning thousands.
Um, no, it aint happening, get away from me and get off my table!

An I hate the guy with almost no money, 20-40 chips leans over the rail throwing out some prop bets, a world, hopping the fives and all the rest on the field. Omg, please lose cause if he wins, he’s going to be doing this for the next hour. Please lose and get off my table!

I hate rubbing shoulders with people. Hate people who talk to much. Hate the ones that blame me cause they are losing money. Hate the players who hate dont betters. Hate the shooters who pick up the dice, drop them again and again and again, come-on just roll dem bones. I have plenty of hatred but thats enough for now.

Who do I like at the table? Anyone who makes me money and a hot girl or hot dealer at the table. Nothing better than a hot woman dealer at the table.

After the headlines in the newspapers and television personalities giving details about the IRS going after conservative groups, that might even apply to my Craps Game of conservative Hit and Run players as myself. I am just getting paranoid that after making $68 at a Craps table that the dark sun glass people wandering about the Casino floor in their short pants and Hawaiian flowered shirts are asking for me… and want to go through my pockets for any extra cash that might be found. Hey… they stand out here in Colorado where it is 18 degrees in April, everyone else wearing parkas and snow suits. If the bills in the pocket or wallet say The United States of America and printed by the Federal Reserve… they want it… BACK. Not the Casino… you know… those agents working over the BIG winners at the Casino.

Already, if you hit a slot machine for more than $1,199.99 the Casino wants you to sign a 1099-G to receive your “winnings”. When you blow it on another slot machine or table game… you still OWE. Black SUVs in your yard and night sticks coming to your front door to… collect.

I know you big winners on this Forum must be more paranoid than I. Making those BIG WINS, strutting out of a Casino pockets full of $100 and $500 bills, not cash, but BILLS… you know the I.O.U.‘s to the Casino. Maybe even a fat $20 Federal Reserve Note with UNpaid taxes due on it for your all night game winnings! You Craps Fat Cats out there making the big bucks at the table, setting dice, pushing the lard, baking the potato, potting the yams… the I NEVER LOST A DOLLAR AT A CRAPS TABLE WITH MY SYSTEM players. They, those agents, have their army waiting to pull you aside and frisk you from one end to the other for spare change. That is why you use these special code names on the Forum… to AVOID paying Taxes.

Oops. Someone is at my front door and I will have to take a deep breath. But… next time you are at a Casino Craps Table… the Stickman is also working for them… the IRS. When I am at HIS TABLE…he will quietly say… Seven Out and look at ME every time. The reward must be BIG, but I am slick and they will have a hard time catching me and my $5 of pocket lint.

ARE the agents after You too? Tell us your story, but I need to sharpen some lawn mower blades for my neighbor… Agent X my informer. I will sharpen them well. He is going to pour out any information he has about you… unless you confess… today… on the FORUM. No ain’t foolin’ anybody… you lint hoarders out there. Give up. I gotta go. NOW. Spelling errors or not. Bye..
******
Sorry. I promised to run some riding lawn mower blades through my grinder… not my loan shark grinder… but the one with the round grinding wheels bolted to the work bench.

I figure that the reason you do not get a 1099-G at a Craps, or other table game, is the lack of… winners. Who is going to believe you made $68 and lost $69? Nobody I know. Who is going to believe you made $5,000 an evening playing the Don’t when the Casino cameras do not even show you at the Craps Table??? Money laundering, of course. You are out doing concrete flat work, painting and hanging sheet rock… all untaxed… Craps winnings. You claim you Don’t, and they claim you DO, or were playing the Pass Line when it was a Point and Seven Out evening. When they start whispering your Forum Name at the table… you had better change hats or your shirt as they are on to you. Your business lost money every other year, and you claim those Free Rooms and Buffets cost you $128,424.00 not taking the deductions for dry cleaning, car payments to and from the tables and the spiffy new Tiffany jewelry the wife is sporting hanging on to the free Casino drink. The new I.R. and S. is on to you buddy… and Pam as well. Nobody likes a winner that does not share the wealth, the spoils, the… French Poodle with the rhinestone collar, the tokes. Thinking about it… I am making a call now to get my 10% finders I.R. and S. squealers reward and get my $8, so I can play all the hardways to $2 each. Maybe throw a FIN onto the Field for laughs (in Chicago speak a FIN is a $5 bill).
