Hello everyone. New to this page so forgive me if this is a redundant thread.

    Had some questions:
How much felt between the pass line and the wall? Also, what is a typical width?

The answer to your first question is, about three ounces, (Troy). For your second question, I need to know if you want a typical width for a wall, or of a pass line. :)

Dimension from the passline to wall?

Looks to be about ~10 inches....give or take, but that might not be a uniform dimension for every felt print layout.

In a casino setting your layout would have to be installed in a manner that would make sure the hop bet boxes didn't interfere with the money drop slot so it may be closer to the player side wall than the Harrahs layout pictured.

If the casino has a lot of short dealers they'll tend to install the layout closer to the dealers so they can reach the pass line bets easier.

On my home table the first line of the pass line is 7" from the side wall. On the end walls it's over a foot because my 14' table has a 12' layout on it.

The Harrah's layout picture does show an interesting point if you're trying to execute a controlled toss. Whoever brushed that table was very zealous and those brush marks will slightly effect what the dice do after contact with the table until the brush marks are wore off.

Distances between the pass line and table end wall vary depending on brand of table, length and replacement cover.

From the picture TDVegas posted I SWAGged the distance from the base of the Pass Line to the "long wall" to be 4½ x, and to the "short (end) wall" 2⅓ x the width of the Pass Line itself.

As for a typical width I WAGged -- no S -- 16½ x the width of the Pass Line.
