See a horn bet a horn, see a 5 bet a 5? That's not for me nor what I consider betting on what the dice are giving you. Here is my version and maybe it will work for you more times than not. Typically I play a tight game and will use my version of the five count. I'll count all numbers from the get go but won't come in if roll four and five are back to back crap numbers. If not I'm in. I will use the five count to determine whether I will place the 6/8 or the 5/9 based on the numbers that made up the five count and during play they will be interchangeable. Eg. Say I come in at $12 each the 6/8. If I see the next 3-4 rolls looking something like 4,5,11,3 or 6,10,10,12 then I will have no hesitation in bouncing that 6/8 outside to the 5/9. That is what I call betting what the dice are giving you.
