Casino's Understand Biased Dice, my reason why follows! Yes, the following points to Casino's Knowing about & Understanding Biased Vs Straight Dice in Play on a CASINO CRAPS Table. The last two times I was in a Particular Casino, they had three Craps Tables Open. Two regular Craps Tables & one Crapless Table. Both times I observed the following: 1) Both regular tables had the typical Biased Dice in Play (Dark Red in Color) & Verified by Count technique to be Biased in Favor of the (6 & 1). 2) The Crapless Table @ the same Casino had Straight Dice (Light Yellow in Color) & Verified by Count technique to be FAIR DICE, in play. Now comes the KICKER, on the Crapless Table, one can Place bets on #'s 2 through 12, with appropriate odds in payoff. My Guess is that Some Players have figured out, that with the typical (6 ~ 1) Biased dice on the Crapless Table they can Make $$$ Placing the 2 & 12, i.e. hitting a Pair or 1's Or Pair of 6's at an abnormal frequency; due to the BIAS Within those Dice & have exploited this to their financial advantage. Casino Personnel, aware of this Bias, thus have compensated by utilizing only FAIR Dice on their Crapless Tables. Nay~Swayers will counter the above with ""Coincidence", to which I Say BS; as the same Casino employs Biased Dice on their other CRAPS Tables. Recall That only Ohio & Colorado have LAWS requiring Balanced Dice to be used on Craps Tables (under their jurisdiction) & this Particular Casino is not in Ohio or Colorado, so has no fear of violating Gambling rules there. Yes, Casino's are out to gain any advantage they can over their Customers & I fully believe that the above is their MO in this case. Point for the CRAPS PLAYER, is to be aware of the above & learn the COUNT Technique to avoid BIASED Dice & or take advantage of same on Crapless Tables. eagleeye2
