Finally got the big winner that 777 told me was coming. Damn near everything went right today!

Did a 40 min session right after work, where as I stated in the Which Don't Method is best thread, the plan was to try out the True Count.

Since I lost on the first shooter, went out on the DC on the next guy, wanting to avoid the DP. Got behind the four, then the ten, then the six, laid double odds on each as they traveled, then a Yo stopped the come outs. After a few rolls, collected three winners. Shot from the Pass and made a few points before seven out.

Went back to DC, got out on four numbers and seven out trying for the fifth one. Collected four more winners.

When the first guy I played Don't on got the dice back, he moved from SL1 to straight out, directly across the table from me. From this, I take it he is no DI. Went out on the Pass on him, and am extremely happy I did.

Didn't realize it until typing this out, and not one penny was won on it by anyone at the table, but he accomplished the six point fire bet, making nine come back winners.

My bets were 10/30 six, 10/50 eight, 10/100 eight, 15/150 nine, 20/200 nine, 30/300 five, 50/500 ten and 75/750 four!

I had been making some comments as this guy kept hitting his numbers, and when he came out on the hard four, I looked him in the eye before the next roll and said, "toss three and a pimple, and this is exactly what showed[3][1]. If I hadn't confused myself rechecking my odds, I would have hopped the bet, but because I was still using only greens and reds for odds, there were some serious height.

He crew was really making a fuss over me because I started them out immediately on my first bet, with 1/10. They collected a ten times odds winner every time I did, getting up to a 5/50 winner on the four.

After the winner four, I went to 125 flat and lost coming out, cut back to 80 and lost another come out, then hit a 50/500 nine for my last winner. Went up to 80 and again saw the twelve, and now thinking the hand might be over, cut back to 25/250 to suffer the loser.

Awesome to catch the loser with only a line bet at risk and not big odds.

Turned $300 into $4700, for my third largest session win ever.

BOTH times 777 has advised me a real nice winner is coming, it does. Thanks N! You the man!

Can't believe I took home as much as I did, but it clearly happened because I regressed with the losers, and couldn't be happier that these were all only come out losers, except the very last one.

From the $300 winner on up, the dealer would count out my odds, replace them with black, and pay out in black. Left with 9 oranges and 2 blacks.

As I told 777, couldn't even sit on the wallet on the drive home. Every one of my bigger wins has been a 40 minute session, in and out.

    Bravo Joe.
Since you’re open to advice, here's mine, which you probably won't follow. Don't go back for a while.
Enjoy the feeling of being a winner for as long as you possibly can. Remember…money moves. So let it stay with you a while, reminding you of that wining feeling. Wins/losses are relational. This win was defined by all of those previous losses. It’s just the way it is. I don't make the rules. That’s why 777 wisely opined that a win was coming. You were due.

But every win places us at a new vantage point, from which the creative cycle begins anew. Why start the cycle over again, until you’ve fully enjoy this one? Just saying, my good man.

LOL CBK, am thinking another trip in after dinner tonight, unless the Mrs is offended by my thoughts.

BTW, who does make those rules?

I looked up the Rivers Casino Pa. site, and in a close-up photo of the chips, it appeared as though the orange chips were $1000 chips. You got "took" for $4500 at the window. It's probably on film, so you can send me 10% finders fee, when they make it right. :)

I agree, for whatever reason gambling seems to be a momentum game. If you have momentum, ride it until it goes away.

As far as the horse dropping, I think it was in the tacos my wife had at Prairie Meadows last night. She said her taco meat tasted like shit. I had a bacon cheeseburger and fries. My food was good for a change.
