is it only me, or does this posters bullshit now reek horribly?

if anyone is reading his nonsense posts, notice how many times he references how one needs to justify losses to the wife?

is he trying to tell us all something?

james, addiction is a real problem, seek help.
condescension and arrogance is something altogether different, its not an illness, its just your personality.

go on now, post up some new phrases beside the bubbly dice or whatever shit you post.
oh for the record, bubble dice(and I take credit as the first person on the internet to call it bubble dice) is a new and innovative game of casino craps. I understand you, being way up there in age, don't have the mental capacity to grasp anything new, so whenever you make fun of it, I dismiss your ignorance, arrogance, and display of stupidity as a sign of old age.
Make all the fun you want of Me, and I wont speak for anyone else who enjoys bubble dice, Ive made more bank from bubble dice using an easy peasy betting strategy in one year then you've made from live DI craps shooting in your entire lifetime.
Now go apologize to your wife for your addiction, and go seek help.

Yep, he didn't realize that. You could Google "Harrah's Hawaii"..you know what comes up in the links?..."Harrah's Cherokee Casino in Maui".

Only problem..there is no Harrah's Cherokee in Maui. It's in NC......and....there are no casinos in the Hawaiian Islands.

    LOL.

James got "done in" by his own ignorance of internet "baiting"...

I sympathize to some degree...but he keeps trying to pound the square peg in the round hole....and keeps having the hammer ricochet back and hit him in the face.

The bubble is easier to beat than the regular game.....you have more options, and it pays correctly on any dollar amount!

I have won 90% of the sessions I have played on the bubble....can't wait to get back where they have them. (take that claim for what it's worth)

Regrettably, what you insinuate is NOT true nor correct -

BUT - I MUST acquiesce to your MOST PROFOUND statement -

The " knowledge " that I actually did pick up here -

Is " knowledge " that I would NOT wish on my WORST ENEMY ! -

" KNOWLEDGE " that the majority on here are spiteful, deceitful , collusional , clicquish and disrespectful !

NOT in THAT particular order - but - you get my drift !

But - apparently - being one BIG dysfunctional family - it is that " knowledge " which keeps us all coming back for MORE of the SAME !

    Now - THAT - is scary !

And , presently , it is ALMOST - Halloween !

BTW - The Cubs are getting their butts kicked as I speak !

despite what people think, the casinos are not taxman friendly.
they would prefer to operate without having to do anything for the taxman.
This I get from friends who worked in that area for a large casino.

Anyone who hit it big at the Craps Table:

Post part of your W2-G winnings!

    *******
Turbotax.blog How are Gambling Winnings Taxed?

"Gamblers are lucky in that casino taxes are not progressive like income taxes are. That is, you will owe the same percentage to the IRS on a $100,000 jackpot as a $10,000 one. Yet, it’s important to know the thresholds that require reporting. Winnings in the following amounts must be reported:

$600 or more at a horse track (if that is 300 times your bet)
$1,200 or more at a slow machine or bingo game
$1,500 or more in keno winnings
$5,000 or more in poker tournament winnings
All of these require giving the payer your Social Security number, as well as filling out IRS Form W2-G to report the full amount won. In most cases, the casino will take 25 percent off your winnings for the IRS before even paying you.
Not all gambling winnings in the amounts above are subject to IRS Form W2-G. W2-Gs are not required for winnings from table games such as blackjack, craps, baccarat, and roulette, regardless of the amount. Note that this does not mean you are exempt from paying taxes or reporting the winnings. Any and all gambling winnings must be reported to the IRS. It only means that you do not have to fill out Form W2-G for these particular table-based games."
    *********

I have never seen one for a table game. I HAVE had to sign a W-2G for winning two times at a Wild Cherry 25 cent slot machine for wins over $1200. Both within twenty minutes. That was over 20 years ago.

It is obvious that the IRS would not be able to track losses and winnings to find anything taxable. If that were the case, you probably could deduct your losses off of your taxable earnings each year. Even the Boxman at the Craps Table cannot keep track of an individual's wins or losses at one Session.

The IRS understands that table games can be taxed as 'Casino Income', since the million or more IRS Agents know players cannot beat... the Tables, for long. Even the States want their cut of winnings... good luck.

Since Slot Machines are the biggest cash generator for Casinos and it is easy to monitor the wins over $1199, sock it to the slot player. For many slot players, a win of $1200 would be more income they earned for the year, after playing the slots... even less.

The IRS requires "proof" of losses when used to offset winnings if they decide to audit you! This proof can be a casino report of activity which they keep if you are a card holder. It can also include verbal testimony, or a combination of both. They will also consider ATM receipts from casino ATMs when giving verbal testimony.

The above from "experience"! They accepted my "proof".....like you say, most IRS personnel know the casinos are not in business to lose. :)

Also some gamblers, especially poker players establish it as a business, and can treat it differently than the W2-G thing.....a business profit loss form. Of course they must show that it is in fact a business.

I routinely have $20,000 to $40,000 in W2-G's each year, and I always offset them by losses. I have only been audited once.

Even when you offset the wins, they still make money off of you in most cases. You have to list the wins on the income page, and take the losses on the itemized deduction page.....this often puts other income in a higher tax bracket.

I was audited... once. The IRS Agent sat in my Gameroom Casino business for TWO days going through all our paperwork. My tax accountant sat in to keep the... agent honest. He actually sat at our Dunes Hotel Las Vegas Craps training table, of which we had the left and right side set to do his work. (I should have taken a picture at the time.)

The IRS Agent found everything accounted for... up to carpet depreciation for second story apartments above the gaming school.

He disallowed one item. A trip my wife and I made to haul a UHaul truck of Blackjack Tables, stools, dealing shoes, cards, dice, layouts, etc. etc... Since we DID play at the Casinos... it was a pleasure trip and not deductible. The Agent said for the amount of time he spent... that would make him satisfied of finding... something.

Drive a large UHaul truck 1500 miles and call it a 'pleasure trip? It broke down in Flagstaff, Arizona and the power brakes went out just west of Albuquerque, NM. UHaul did give me a generous refund for my... displeasure.

NO gambling winnings to report. When you sell the tools of the trade... you avoid playing for making income. It is an opportunity to win, but selling the tools of the trade was more profitable.

You should have some written reoord of your wins and losses. You must keep accurate records of your gambling activity. This includes items such as receipts, tickets or other documentation. You should also keep a diary or similar record of your activity. Your records should show your winnings separately from your losses.

Mesa just left 5 minutes ago
I told them you said to say hello
they laughed and asked which one you are
I said you are liman because you live in new york
I was showing them some of the stuff you guys post
Lanny one of the guys said he gets on the forum once in awhile he said it's like a comedy act
He said he didn't associate my name with the name on the forum
They all asked me ,, "WHY ARE YOU WASTING YOUR TIME WITH THOSE MORONS"?
I told them there are a couple of really sharp guys on there
Tom said "who is the other one"
I asked him what he meant
he said , "you mentioned a couple of sharp guys so you and who is the other one?"
They were all absolutely amazed that I read all the crap you guys post
and you have to admit they are right
you guys are a total waste of time
but some of you are so emotional , so it's really kind of fun to see you post your little

The consensus of opinion was you guys are a batch of raving high rollers

    Well have a good day
take care of yourself and remember

You fully admit you are an internet troll....A Craps Forum troll.
Your purpose here is posting lies, fabrications, inflammatory statements and made up trip reports (with bogus pics) with the deliberate attempt of provoking a response/reaction...simply for your own amusement.
    "Troll you mullets up".

Nuff said, James. Nuff said. You're an internet troll. Congrats.

When you admit to it...you're admitting to purposely trying to be a douchebag.
