I was a kid, no experience at blackjack, maybe played it few times before, I read a book, played basic strategy, no hunches, but he still rattled me a little. I was a bit surprised, I had a decent run I remember, we both won money, him a lot more then me, he was betting double what I was betting. I was not pressing hard,
Im sure I turned red after he sort of scolded me.
I always remember that when a kid plays dice next to me and has no idea or at least I feel he has no clue. Ill cut the kid slack if hes asking me a lot of questions.and ofcourse, is the kid is a female with large breasts, she can ask me questions all night long, for some reason younger females at craps tables never bother me as much as their male counterparts.

    I'll tell you a little story , Dude -

Lucky Lady , myself and others in our group who I do not recall at the moment -

Were at Caesar's AC , I was SO North End, LL was SR-1 -

I threw 5 Hard 10's during the course of my hand -

An unknown player / bettor was betting $1,000 on the hard 10 -

This dude made $27K during the course of MY hand -

    Duked the dealers a Black Chip ( $100 ) -

    And gave ME NADA !

    Go Figure !

The casino very likely would not take 1000 dollar hard 10 bet......center table bets are limited and not subject to min/max bets.....center table bets normally have different rules.....you should know these things MR. experienced craps player.

A card counter has about a 1% advantage over the house.....craps, I don't think so......IMHO, they are the 2 best games in the house.

even though its rare, (I do play hybrid blackjack whenever its available), whenever I play blackjack, hybrid or not, I always walk away a winner.

I feel this is unfair to the casino, knowing Im going to win, and I don't want to cheat them out of money knowing in advance Im just a lucky/good blackjack player, so I don't play too often as to ease my guilt and not be a pig about winning too much money.

I believe just playing basic strategy, which anyone can do, puts house edge at around ~.5%...better than 1.36% in craps.

If more gamblers were as thoughtful and considerate as you, perhaps the casinos wouldn’t have to charge such ridiculous resort fees.

Interblock or stadium game with a live dealer?

Red Rock has a new stadium game but nobody plays it because it's a 6/5 BJ game. If it had better rules I'd play it.

I've been playing a couple Interblock BJ machines close to home quite a bit because they have them set to award comps and points at the same rate as a slot machine. I'm sure it won't take long before they get the memo.

Yep. Still empty as can be. I was there Friday night and the place was jammed. Tables jammed. Bubble jammed. Slots jammed. 18 seats at stadium BJ. 1 player.

I just remembered that the horse racing slot was also pulled a while ago. That thing was also a monstrous installation. 10 seats. Maybe lasted 3-4 months before they pulled the plug.

What do they do with these games?....try and find another renter or dismantle them and re-use parts for another game? I know some of the slots they can just change out the software and make minimal changes...but these big installations seem problematic if it doesn't work.

shows you just how much money these companies are making.
if it gets pulled out of a casino, so what, they made enough on the initial deal with the casino that they probably just let it rot in some warehouse unless they can convince a casino in new mexico to lease it at a discounted rate.
Id never play a hybrid blackjack offering 6/5, they are getting just too fucking stingy.

I never take notice of manufacturer, but the hybrids Ive played, parx, Mohegan sun, sands Bethlehem, all have live dealers, when its busy, 2 dealers so you can play 2 games if you want at same time. sands Bethlehem pretty certain its interblock. Ill check out foxwoods this weekend to see if they offer one.....I consider any of these games, hybrid or not stadium seating if theres row and row of seats for same games.

In blackjack there is no way to control what comes out of the shoe.

In blackjack you have no control over the outcomes
you can't control what comes out of the shoe.

Control? No. But there is an element of prediction based on card counting. This is how card counters gain an edge over the house. It is also the only scientifically proven method of advantage play in any gambling game.

    LOL !

There is NO guarantee that the card counter will receive the HIGH cards when the deck / pack turns positive !

There is NO guarantee that pre-setting the dice will result in the expected / anticipated result -

However, BOTH maneuvers are most beneficial than just playing hunches in BJ or random rolling in craps !
