There are a few ways you can go about researching this information on your own, aside from a generic Google search:

    1) Go to a site such as casinocity.com and look for casinos located (near) where you'll be traveling. Then check the website of each casino you're interested in visiting. Some listings will have a table game breakdown, others will not. I have no idea how frequently the data on casinocity.com (or other websites) is updated -- or how accurate the data is -- so you should check the casino's website and/or contact the casino in advance of your travels for the latest information.

    2) Use Google and search "state gaming commission" (add state name to further limit search) and look at the monthly or annual reports. As an example, for Illinois you'll find the following table below in the Riverboat Gambling Monthly Report on the Illinois Gaming Board's website (https://www.igb.illinois.gov/). Note the 2nd row of data (from January 2018 report), which lists how many craps table at each riverboat casino in Illinois. In the table below, Rivers Casino (Des Plaines, IL) -- the last column before 'Totals' -- has 5 craps tables.

Note that the # of operational craps tables may be less than the number of licensed tables. Also casino and craps table hours of operation vary by location. Information available varies by state; however, most state gaming agencies websites will have a map of licensed casinos that could prove helpful to your efforts.

    3) I (and a few others) have posted reviews of primarily Midwestern casinos with craps tables in the Casino Reviews section of this forum. Others have posted similar comments about casinos throughout the country. Use the search function on this forum.

Will you be using a pencil and paper to make this list or some other method?
It does sound like a whole lotta work especially if you have to keep updating that list.
Why don't you just tell us where you're going and we can chime in and help if we can.
For example, you could just say, hey there guys and gals, I'm heading to Tempe AZ next week. Does anyone know if there are any craps tables nearby, and more than likely someone will know.
Best of luck and welcome to the forum.

    @Minze

The following links might be of interest:

    Casino Review Quick Links

St. Louis Area Casinos -- A Summary

    Midwest:

All 10 casinos in Illinois have craps tables. See my post #2 above, as well as the links above. The only one I haven't visited within the past 3 years is Harrah's (Metropolis), but 2 members of this forum play craps there. Harrah's (Metropolis), Casino Queen (East St. Louis) and Argosy Casino (Alton) are way downstate. Jumer's Casino & Hotel (Rock Island) is in the Quad Cities. Par-A-Dice Hotel & Casino is in Peoria. Harrah's and Hollywood Casino have casinos in Joliet, @50 miles southwest of Chicago. The other 3 casinos Rivers Casino (Des Plaines), Grand Victoria (Elgin) and Hollywood Casino (Aurora) are in Chicagoland.

All 3 Northwest Indiana (Chicagoland) casinos have craps tables: Horseshoe Casino (Hammond), Ameristar Casino (East Chicago), Majestic Star Casino Hotel (Buffington Harbor, aka Gary). Other casinos in the state also have craps tables.

Many casinos in Iowa have craps tables (see the Casino Review Quick Link), including Rhythm City Casino (Davenport, Quad Cities), Isle Casino Hotel (Bettendorf, Quad Cities), Diamond Jo Casino & Q Casino in Dubuque, Riverside Casino & Golf Resort (Riverside, @20 miles south of Iowa City), Prairie Meadows Casino & Hotel (Altoona, near Des Moines), and all 3 casinos in Council Bluffs (Horseshoe Casino, Harrah's & Ameristar Casino Hotel). If you drive primarily on I-80 west across the state, you could hit casinos in the Quad Cities (including Jumer's Casino & Hotel in IL), Riverside, Altoona, and Council Bluffs. You could even detour up to Dubuque & Clinton (Wild Rose Casino & Resort) on the eastern edge of the state and then up north from Council Bluffs to Sioux City (Hard Rock Hotel & Casino) on the western end of the state.

The 4 original casinos in Ohio have craps tables: Jack Casino (Cleveland), Jack Casino (Cincinnati), Hollywood Casino (Columbus), Hollywood Casino (Maumee, just outside Toledo).

Michigan -- All 3 Detroit casinos (MGM Grand, Greektown Casino and MotorCity Casino) have craps tables, as does Caesars Windsor Hotel & Casino (Windsor, Ontario, Canada) across the border. Firekeepers (Battle Creek) and Four Winds (New Buffalo) also have craps tables. Other casinos in the state that have craps tables, but I haven't visited them.

Wisconsin is hit & miss because of the casinos that actually have craps tables, many have limited table hours and lower table limits. Potawatomi Hotel & Casino (Milwaukee) is the exception, as it is the state's biggest & highest grossing casino.

    Mid Atlantic:

New Jersey -- Plenty of information readily available online on Atlantic City casinos.

All 3 casinos (racinos) in Delaware have craps tables: Casino at Delaware Park (Wilmington), Dover Downs Hotel & Casino (Dover), and Harrington Raceway & Casino (Harrington).

All 6 casinos in Maryland have craps tables: Rocky Gap Casino Resort (Flintstone, Western Maryland), MGM National Harbor (Oxon Hill, just outside of Washington, DC), Maryland Live! (Hanover, @10 minutes from BWI Airport), Horseshoe Casino (Baltimore), Hollywood Casino (Perryville) and Ocean Downs (Berlin, Eastern Shore). I haven't stopped by Hollywood or Ocean Downs.

All 3 Philadelphia-area casinos have craps tables: Parx Casino (Bensalem), SugarHouse Casino (Philadelphia), Harrah's (Chester).

    Other:

Several forum members play craps in casinos located in NV, CT, NY and PA. Post a question to the board about casinos in those states if you have one.

@DeMango frequents the casinos in Biloxi. When I was last there in 2011, all of the major casinos in the area (Biloxi, Gulfport, Bay St. Louis) had craps tables.

Let’s not forget the Silver Slipper, located on the beach in Waveland, MS! Just west of Bay St Louis.

Not my intention and thanks for mentioning that casino. I'm guessing not many have heard about this casino, given it isn't owned by or affiliated with any of the larger national chains. BTW, Silver Slipper Casino has a Bay St. Louis address (see below), even if it is closer to Waveland. Since Bay St. Louis is the county seat (Hancock County), it's arguably more important -- and well known -- than Waveland. When people think Waveland, many are probably thinking about baseballs hit out of Wrigley Field landing onto the street (avenue) bearing that name.

We stopped by there and Hollywood while visiting Mississippi's Gulf Coast. There was no hotel at the time.

If you're starting out in Atlanta and head west on I-20, you'll find multiple casinos with craps tables in Vicksburg (MS) and Shreveport / Bossier City (LA). I-20 eventually meets up with I-10 in West Texas.

Vicksburg (MS): Ameristar Casino Hotel, Lady Luck Casino, Riverwalk Casino & Hotel, Waterview Casino & Hotel. Nice setup in that town and quite a bit of Civil War history in the area if you're interested.

Shreveport / Bossier City (LA): Eldorado Resort Casino, Sam's Town Hotel & Casino, Boomtown Casino & Hotel, DiamondJacks Casino & Hotel, Horseshoe Casino & Hotel, Margaritaville Resort Casino. I haven't been to any of these casinos but a co-worker who lives in Texas has been to several of the area's casinos.

If you take the more southern route (I-10), you'll hit numerous casinos in Biloxi / Gulfport / Bay St. Louis (MS). Cross the border into Louisiana and stop in New Orleans (Harrah's & a few others), Baton Rouge (L'Auberge Casino Hotel, Hollywood Casino, Belle of Baton Rouge Casino) and then Lake Charles (L'Auberge Casino Resort, Golden Nugget, Isle of Capri Casino Hotel). .

Shortly after Louisiana legalized casino gambling there were reports that state troopers had a nasty habit of stopping travelers entering the state from Texas to test any cash they were carrying for drug residue, and confiscating same if the test was positive. Being as just about all currency will test positive the troopers would then confiscate it as evidence of drug activity, and getting it back required divine intervention, again according to the reports. The alleged theory was that vehicle occupants carrying large amounts of cash were headed for the slots/tables, and the drug scam was a convenient way to fatten the state coffers. Any truth to the reports, and if so is it still happening?

In general, laws permitting civil forfeiture suck. The end result is basically a cash grab by law enforcement, plain and simple. Unfortunately, these laws are directed against property, not persons, so constitutional protections generally don't apply.
