I was in Manila for a week last year, playing craps. There were at the time three casino's near the airport with craps tables. Resorts World, City of Dreams, and "Solitaire". I can give details of each or in general if there is any interest. Basically, 3-4-5 X odds and typical layout. There were no ATS bets but did of course have the center bets, hardways, any craps etc.. They are part of the new "Entertainment District" which has now rolled out a fourth casino, "Odaka" which is Japanese. Resorts World as many know, is Malaysian. City of Dreams is Mr. Packer of Australia. I don't know who controls Solitaire. Dealers are fine and friendly. Money is Philippine Peso with exchange available at all properties, fair rates. Food is good but not "cheap". Comps for snacks no problem, but room comps at a very high level of "points". Baccarat is of course the main game, but the craps is fine, friendly, and I assume fair. If you are interested, just post your question/inquiry here and I'll be glad to reply.
