TDVegas, is 100% Right. Yeah, that's right everything that TDVegas says is right no matter what you do it all comes down to luck! You could practice every day for eight hours and day and it won't do you any good. Now I want TDVegas to tell everybody that I'm right for once when I posted this!
While we are at it I want to know how many of you know that he is right! So now it the time to speak up and be heard!

When I DID practice, the luckier I became! Nowadays, I am just PLAIN LUCKY! Yes, boys & Girls...... It's nice to be tongue-kissed by variance!

Then again, MAYBE, just MAYBE my luck MIGHT have something to do with my ability to adjust things on EVERY toss, & read what the dice are telling me!

    Nahhhhh.......Just confirmation bias, right?

See you at the Top, & have a joyous Xmas, & a Happy New Years!

Gonna see if I can play craps for a living in 2017! JUST KIDDING! Lol

if being in the right place at the right time is considered lucky, Im with you on this post.
When skill becomes an issue in a game, the casino takes their cut straight off the top, like poker, outcomes mean nothing to them.
When skill becomes a problem, llike in card counting, they will most likely ban the player.
I don't recall the casino ever banning anyone for skill at craps.

Looks like that passenger side rear tire has a flat tire! Certainly hope that is not a precursor for Old Top's 2017 bankroll in the Casinos! Lol

Decided to toss a few hands in the Garage while having my morning cup of coffee! Took me about 15 minutes to remove all of the clothes that my wife had folded all over the mother.....ing table!

Fuck practice & warming up! Been doing this Di'ng thing for a long time! Gonna show these two bitches (the dice) who runs this mother fu...ing camp!

First Hand.....PSO! Next hand....PSO! Okay, now I'm pissed! Next hand PPSO! Are you fuc...ing KIDDING me? Am I being punked or something!

This is some straight bullshit! I'm taking a friggin break! Gonna light these friggin dice up when I return!

So I return Fifteen minutes later! Set the dice in the 3V! Grip the dice & they feel gooooodd! The dice fly through the air completely married! Six is established as the point! NOW, I AM READY! Set the 3V & tossed what I am SUPPOSED to toss a 6/8!

Don't know what that earlier PSO, PPSO bullshit was all about but guess what....... I am ready to catch a mother fu....ing gear!

Set, grip, toss! Boy, those dice sure do look good mid air! Rotating perfectly! As they touch down, the landing spot is absolutely NAILED!

Nothing to this Di'ng shit! Easy peasy! Piece of Cake. The dice land........SEVEN OUT! Didn't toss 1 box number before the Seven Out! Another fu..ing PSO!

Ya think maybe I need some practice? Merry Xmas, everyone!

A baker makes rolls out of dough! A good tosser makes dough out of rolls!

I have seen it once at Mohegan years ago.Two DIers were throwing 4&10" s like on every third or fourth roll. They were making in the neighborhood of $1500 every 2 minutes $400 4&10 $100 hardways.I was on the 6&8 and got maybe 4 hits. After they shot a suit approached them- Yes time to leave

Sometimes attempting to cure can yield worse results than the enduring the illness, especially a mild one. In that situation, it's often best not to act. It might be the case only a very tiny percentage of craps players can consistently beat the casino using "skill" but even if they exist, those players' cumulative winnings likely don't materially impact the casinos' bottom line. Thus, it might not be worth banning those few craps players and in the process, giving credibility to something that could encourage others to seriously try to learn and master that "skill". Also, IMO the purported existence of DIs provides good, free publicity that helps attract more players to/bigger bets at the craps tables. Casinos want more players with higher average bets and longer playing time at the craps tables, where the math works in their favor overall. Banning players won't help the casinos realize the numbers they crave.

I think it's the Californian here in Vegas...if your roll exceeds a certain amount---they put you on the wall, jacket, whatever...welcome you back.

As far as I know they have never stopped anyone---never told them they cannot set---never told them they cannot rhythm toss. They actually encourage long rolls.

I know there have been individual stories here on this forum of a player saying he was stopped because "he was too skilled for the casino"....

I've also heard some stories of players who have posted here...of not being particularly receptive of being told to make sure they hit the back wall.

I just find it hard to believe that "too good or skilled" has stopped craps play when the rinky dink Californian and the massive Bellegio have watched 1 million leave the table without stopping or slowing anyone.

Is it possible there is something else that stopped the player?

they haven't banned anyone for craps play because there isn't anyone threatening enough worth the casinos effort.
is that what your saying random?
its pretty much what Im saying.

so some di guy wins 1500 dollars, I guarantee even if he does it 5 times in a row, they aren't sweating it, they know he will lose again.
    they go with the percentages.

Im willing to bet if someone LIKE ME, had a skill, Id use it to clean out the casinos.
Ill take my chances with the bosses banning me.
if they don't want me to set dice, they will have to just make that rule, and post it, no dice setting.

If I truly had the skill...I would probably be a little fearful in getting an amount that satisfies me without making the casino suspicious. For that reason I would definitely try and space out my play...frequenting each casino in Nevada once every 4 months. Hell, I might even think to purposely lose if I started getting paranoid that a casino was getting uncomfortable.

In any event...I would love the opportunity. I'll take my chances until I'm banned world wide. By then...I'm hoping I've relieved enough cash to satisfy my needs.

If James Packer can win 26 million from the MGM Grand in one long weekend.....should I really worry?

There's no doubt someone consistently winning will get scrutiny. Each casino has a comfort level of when "scrutiny" kicks in. If there are casinos in this town that after a few hundred dollars is won....they are breaking out the pitchforks---I question what they are doing in the gaming business. Seems they don't have the stomach for it.

When scrutiny passes over to intimidation, disruption etc?....where's my coat. Find another, more friendly place to play.

THAT makes me feel a little bit better! I was beginning to sweat! Lol

NOT touching the dice again UNTIL I get to the Casinos! Can't understand it, but I seem to do better WITHOUT practice!

Been that way all of my life! Practice meticulously for XYZ number of years, & thereafter I need a PRIZE in order to "Catch a Gear"!

The words of one of the Greatest Bank Pool Players ("Chicago Bugs), still rings in my ears.......Bugs: "I don't play no "Sociable" Pool, & if a guy misses more than one shot in a hour's time......I KNOW he can't beat me!
