The Superrick, TDVegas, Challenge, that's right this challenge is one that anybody on this board can take right there on your computer and TDVegas should be the first one to take it!

    1. How many books have you read on gambling?

    2. How many books have you read on the game of craps?

    3. How many books have you read on becoming a so-called DI?

    4. How many books have you read on the math of the game that some on this and many other boards love to talk about?

    5. How many books have you read on casino management?

    6. How many books have you read on the history of gambling?

    7. Out of all of the books that you have read how many of the Authors have you met?

    8. Out of all of those books how many of the guys that are in those books have you met and played on the tables with?

    9. What if anything have you done to help a fellow player out?

    10. How many classes have you ever taken on the game of craps or any other casino game like Black Jack?

    11. Have you every participate in any classes on the game of craps?

    12. How many guys on this board have you played craps with that post?

    13. How many of you have played bubble craps?

    14. How often do you play real craps?

    15. How often do you play bubble craps?

So there you go 15 little questions for all of you to answer honestly, it's not a hard challenge to take and should only take you a little while to answer all of my questions!

Four, Four, Zero, Four, Zero, One (777's), Zero, but intend to meet 777, Zero, Have offered advise but never money , Zero, No, Five, Have played bubble only one time, a winner thanks to Liman, 2-3 times per week for a long time, but recently more like 3-4 times a month.

In answer to the added question, I have purchased all four of the books that I have. Oops make that five. The son bought me one when I was in the hospital for the knee replacement this past Feb.

    And your point is?

Edit addition: OK, nevermind. I just got through Page 1 of the Shortbus thread. Not sure if I'll gt bored enough to make it through the whole thing. I presume this is an offshoot of that.

The points are what do you really know about the games that we play or are you just someone that has nothing better to do that to sit behind your computer and run your mouth!

By the way, there was one more question that I should have asked, how many books do you have on the games that you play in your own personal library?

One other point now that you asked and it should be quite obvious why I asked it just how qualified are you to write about anybody that you never met?

I might have read a book on craps 40 years ago at the library? I don't recall, but I think I wanted to know all the payouts on all the prop bets.
I don't know what any of that has to do with playing craps.
One can read 100 books on craps, they will learn nothing new. Zero, zilch.
rules haven't changed, payouts remain somewhat intact.
nothing on that list holds any relevance to knowledge or experience of this game.
I can teach a 12 y/o the basic bets and payouts and Im willing to bet on him with the bets I show him he will make as much or more money than anyone that has read 200 books on craps.

This is too funny super Rick calls TD a bully but he offers a challenge just he can bully people further. It's so easy to stop, all that has to be done is just one of you stop responding to the other. Both of your guys posts in the end are just a waste of time and your opinions. I agree with Liman on the books. So if you read Frank's books on craps is that gonna make your chance of winning better.

    1. How many books have you read on gambling?
Mmmmm...none. You mean like "how to win" books?

    2. How many books have you read on the game of craps?
    See above

    3. How many books have you read on becoming a so-called DI?
    None

    4. How many books have you read on the math of the game that some on this and many other boards love to talk about?
None...then again math is a universal language and I know enough.

    5. How many books have you read on casino management?
I have gleaned info from non book sources.

    6. How many books have you read on the history of gambling?
None, but have used the internet as a BIG source of info. On the basics of craps---payouts, history, etiquette, etc.....Wiki is a great source.

    7. Out of all of the books that you have read how many of the Authors have you met?
    None

    8. Out of all of those books how many of the guys that are in those books have you met and played on the tables with?
    None

    9. What if anything have you done to help a fellow player out?
I picked up betweenthelines at the airport

    10. How many classes have you ever taken on the game of craps or any other casino game like Black Jack?
    None

    11. Have you every participate in any classes on the game of craps?
    No

    12. How many guys on this board have you played craps with that post?
Two...well, actually 1. OAP was bubble.

    13. How many of you have played bubble craps?
    Two

    14. How often do you play real craps?
Really...never. Recent Bohunk. Free bets. Beyond that...never

    15. How often do you play bubble craps?
Depends...on average couple times a week? Maybe 3. Fun game.

You see Rick...I don't think you are hurting anyone by offering advice on what numbers are going to appear. If you tell someone to move their 5-6 to 8-9...it's 50/50, IMO. half the time you will help them and half the time you will hurt them. In other words..it's useless advice, IMO....but overall you're not hurting them.

oh, Ive read dozens of books related to chemistry, organic chemistry, pharmacology, biology, physics, calculus, they haven't helped me much in the real world either.
hands on experience trumps anything read in a book.
I do have 40 something years hands on experience, and I do enjoy reading some of the posters here with decades experience playing or working the craps tables.
books cannot teach anything they share from experiences.

72 rolls with less than twelve 7's is a good start, & if you think it's too short of a test......Try it, & see WHAT you get! Not easy to do!

Okay, you beat the challenge? Good job, now take a thirty minute break, & do it again!

I used 72 rolls as an example, because NO ONE is gonna toss 19th the same or near same toss mechanics after 30-50 consecutive tosses!

I am being VERY generous by making it in 72 toss increments for the guy/gal that's attempting to toss dice in tandem!
