It is a really interesting side trip if you ever find yourself in that area. The artist works mostly in metal, and lives in recluse out that way, some of his work is just unreal. There are several dozen of them scattered around the desert out there, and he is adding more as he creates them.....it's become quite an attraction.

    TABLETOP

One more question for you.... and I assume you will take this seriously

What your saying if I understand you correctly....no matter how much time
a person puts in practicing his shots, or sets etc....... or how much work
I put into it..... if I went to my table or any table at a casino that I like, and throw
1000 shots.... and I then I sit on a chair and just throw the dice over hand toward
the end of the table for 1000 shots, I would see no difference, and if I had
bet on each hand in that 1000 rolls the same way, I would have lost exactly
    the same amount of money.

    thanks

Okay, ONCE AGAIN.........I'll bite! I've said on this forum 1,000 times that I DO believe in "Slight" influence for "Some", but ONLY under favorable conditions!

What's considered favorable conditions? A table wherein bounce is minimal! You see, what most people don't understand is that dice continuously bouncing is MORE damaging than the back wall pyramids!

What you fail to realize Billy, is that MOST that THINK they are Influencing the dice are only kidding themselves. Why? Simply because most Di's don't keep meticulous records!

They go to a Casino, their dice look good in the air, don't scatter much after landing,,& hitting the pyramids, they win money, & say: "See, I told you I can influence the dice!

It could very well just be positive variance! Here's another scenario....A guy tosses a 28 roll hand ( at the Casino), then follows up with a 35 roll hand, then SWEARS
TO ALL WHO WILL LISTEN: I was In a zone"! And I WILL agree with that assessment! Only problem is that he/she was probably in the WRONG zone.....Twilight Zone, the land of fantasy, Make-believe!

There is certainly nothing wrong with legally tossing the dice a certain way to try to gain an advantage! I do it all of the time!

So, to answer your question, Billy......I'm not certain if it would make a difference or not! I have never seen you toss, so I really couldn't say!

I'd like to think it WOULD make a difference, ESPECIALLY considering the amount of time that you say you have invested in your toss/s!

However, I do know this.......Just because someone practices a craft for eight years, does NOT guarantee success!

Let's say that you Can influence the dice by validating on your home table! Can you do it in the Casinos, too?

Or are you the type that falters, & gets nervous once your money is on the line! Even if Dice Influencing is total bullshit......Can you TOSS( I did NOT say "Influence") the dice the same way In the Casinos, that you do at home WITHOUT getting nervous, because you have money wagered!

Are you the type that is dogmatically consistent once your money is wagered? There's just too many variables involved to give you an honest answer!

For the record, Billy, I do believe that slight influence is possible for some. However, I do NOT think the influence would be anything that is life altering ( monetarily), & there are a TON of delusional Di's that think they are special, yet they toss into wooden boxes, & frequent Casinos six times a year!

Di's, & gamblers that live in close proximity to Casinos, & are down & dirty, & in the trenches , get my attention more than guys LIKE MYSELF, that practice at home,( I should say (" USED TO PRACTICE) & get to Casinos quite infrequently!

So you are assuming that I toss into a wooden box and only go to a casino 6 times year......you are lumping everyone
together.... just like TDV and Autoguy..... I think that is bullshit...we are talking here you and I.... I think that are times
I can beat the table...and have.... screw everyone else. I don't care What Dominator does, or James or Rick for
that matter. I only care how I play and what happens with my money.... if I thought this was a waste of time I would
    have quit years ago......

I am tired, I have rest, it took a lot of time to build this wooden box.

Lol! You guys are BRUTAL! Lol
I would absolutely HATE to run into you guys in a Casino during one of my "Nut Clipping" stints!

I can just hear it now........."Look at Old Top trying to influence the dice! Is THAT what a controlled toss is supposed to do"?

Stupid Fucker, .......you'd think he'd be smart enough to either, exit the Casino, or at least bet the "Dont's" on his lousy ass shooting! I've never seen so many PSO'S in my life! BETCHA that TDVegas's Monkey could toss better than Old Top...... FUCKING IMPOSTER! Lol

You know.........You are REALLY hard to deal with Billy! Frankly, I believe you are some sort of Cynic! Always feeling that someone is attacking YOU! WHERE in my post did I say that YOU toss into a wooden Box!

Billy, I AM THE SAME Old Top that you have conversed with over on Rick's forum! The SAME Top that enjoyed the delightful, & comical post by Little Joe Green on Rick's forum!

The SAME Old Top that KNOWS that you have a REAL table at home! The SAME Old Top that KNOWS that you spent a considerable amount of time with Superrick, working on a SPECIFIC toss that you were having touble with!

You know.........I feel sorry for you, Billy! You feel like the world is against you, & that's NOT the case! For the record.......Superrick had nothing but GOOD things to say about your toss, & YOU,,as a person!

I've TRIED to explain things to you in my "Library" voice, but you JUST DONT GET IT! I am REALLY beginning to think that you read a post made by a forum member, & spin it into a "I'm a liar", "they are just out to GET ME" type of post!

Sorry to say, Billy........It's NOT the forum members! Two dice.............IT'S REALLY........YOU!

He's been like that from day one, and was like that on the WOV forum....everyone's a jerk that doesn't go along quietly with anything he posts. Very insecure, and reads things into posts that aren't there....feels he is being singled out and persecuted, typical of low self esteem.

To make matters worse, if I was to put a "Like" behind your post, he'd say that we are Best friends , & are in cahoots! So, instead of me putting a "like", let's just say that YOU, & I see "eye to eye" on a lot of thing!

Do me a favor, though........P-L-E-A-S-E do NOT put a "Like" behind my post, because it'll instigate a "All out" North Korea" type Nuclear War!

I don't really care what someone says their SRR is; kinda like MP saying he has a SRR of 28 or Liman having a 11" brain. Notwithstanding, I am not too old to learn and TDB occasionally drops a few gems in his post. I have seen Billy toss and I like what I see. He has a great GTC and Little Joe background so I read his posts carefully. Now I am on the road this week and at the first two casinos they both have tables that have a hard surface but extremely hard back wall. I have done shit and usually avoided these tables because I couldn't get my PARR toss to sit down. Using a hidden gem that Billy dropped a couple of weeks ago, I used the Little Joe toss to win today at both tables. On one I hit the All with a buck on it. While I may I ignore a lot of what is said, I do read what he says about his tossing fundamentals quite closely.

For the record, Billy.......You are "A Ok" with me! You just need to "Lighten Up" a little! Take YOUR game seriously, but NOT people's comments about your game!

When I tell people how I survived hardship as a eleven year old, living in the Ghetto, & the "Things" that I learned at such a young age........Ya REALLY think people believe me?

Ya think I really give a shit if they believe me or not? I'm certain that you have endured worse things than a few members saying that you don't influence the dice!

Walking out of the Casinos with more cash than what I entered with is ALL that Old Top is concerned with! Opinions don't count! CASH in my pocket DOES!

I can choose to "Shoot the Shit", & share my experience with others, or I can exercise my right to remain silent!

    See you at The Top!

And I have zero problem with that part of Billy's contribution to the DI efforts! I have never been critical of anything he has offered about his sets, toss routine, or any other aspect of his views on DI....other than the way he described his method of computing an SRR.....and even then, I offered that if that was how he wanted to do it, fine.

That started the crap storm from him....I had disagreed with him! And that is the whole of the thing, he couldn't let it go, even when I offered to never comment on any of his posts if he didn't reference me in them....that didn't happen, almost every post he makes, includes, "autoguy".

Hey, and glad you were able to use his information to put together a couple wins!

Now you are seeing what some of us are going thru with this guy.

For the record, other than some of us questioning the viability of DI in a general sense on this forum...no one is attacking him, criticizing him or treating him badly.

He's making shit up. He can't find one single post where anyone called him a liar or was critical of his attempts at DI. He seems to seek affirmation for his so called skills. He's not getting that from the supermajority here.

The shitstorm he created was over SRR and how it's calculated from our point of view and how he calculates it. No one cares how he calculates it...he is free to do it any way he pleases. I objected to his methods only when he compared his numbers to a random rollers 6.0.
