koko, think a little harder and a little more critically about all this
    i and most agree.
while maybe putting it a bit more judiciously, most agree here also
really? and where is your evidence for this? are you really sure that it was these entrepreneurs who did the "fabricating?"...personally i think not & there is a great deal of evidence that in fact it was not modern entrepreneurs that did any of the "fabricating" whatsoever...

the idea long precedes even legal bank craps, long precedes even the glimmer of an idea for "classes" or "seminars" about it...originating on the docks, the city streets and the blankets of civil war soldiers...

ONE HUGE IRONY IS THESE EARLY PROFESSIONALS ACTUALLY DID WHAT MANY ON THIS AND OTHER MODERN FORUMS OFTEN ADMONISH SELF-STYLED DIers: GO DO & STFU!

BUT THE BIGGEST IRONY IS THESE ANCIENT FEW--moderns too on army cots and street corners all over--WERE ACTUALLY PROVEN EFFECTIVE IN THEIR SKILLS.

but more than that there have been a great many right on this forum willing to share their ideas around "beating the game" who have no monetary incentive in it whatsoever...true, you may, as i, think these are deluded but i think you make a big mistake if you do not think that most are quite sincere in their opinions...my point being the vast majority who believe in DI are not out hustling for your money...their "fabrications" are not just the province of those trying to get into your wallet...indeed i believe these posters are in the vast majority of DI proponents.
of course. Buyer Beware. Or are you one who thinks the gummint should come in and protect us from ourselves?...don't answer that! i do not think that you are...

here is pure opinion...i have no information other than a gut feeling as to its truth but believe that there are far fewer dupes putting out their money and far less profit in the dice influencing ventures than one could be lead to believe by reading craps forums

but...but...but...what if i just ignore only one-third --33% -- of their resolutions...why then...why then...why then the come bet surely does suck!!
    huh?

have you never heard the place bettor as he approaches the rail while the stick calls "8. easy 8", exclaim, "gawwdamnit!! now i have to hit that bleeping 8 twice!" after he buys in and then places the 8?

shit, man, i hear that all the time...lol...

as for me personally --and i am soo thankful for this --once i have money onna number, i need hit it only once to win...

but as ol' top would say, "that's just ME"

say, baron, ha much'll you pay me to play golf?

you know i allus thought i would needa thou but some years back atta resort in aridzona while witha buncha buddies who i presume also did the deal, the place offered me, like, a little over $8C for 2, maybe 3 daze play...they credited my card the $8c -true story - and since we had already booked the deal, i reluctantly accepted, tho i tried to negotiate for a thou...can't remember now if that was to include my then wife or not...

but here's the deal! i never played! THEY NEVER CHECKED UP ON US! we gotta way mitout playing!

for months i watched my credit card to see if we had been caught but nope the 8c continued in my balance...we gotta way with not playing golf!...lol...

    tom p
-g. geist: you moron! that credit was cuz they in error thought you would be playing with the rest & so refunded your money!

Okay, gentlemen, now the Math guys have stepped(over on his site, in the comments section), in & suggested that Full Press put 1/8th, or 1/16th, closed cell foam underneath his layout!
The math guys want to know WHY he is consistently tossing over 10 roll hands! As Kokomo stated......Probably only uploading the Good videos, & trashing the other ones!

More bounce= more randomness! Make that table bouncy, & influence ( if at all possible) goes completely down the drain!

It's like watching a good sitcom......I simply cannot stop laughing, & watching his videos! Yeah, f**k the Dice Influencing stuff! The guy should have been a comedian! Lol

Thoroughly entertaining stuff.......At least for Old Top! This is the end results of TOO MUCH idle time! Lol

Seems like a lot of work. Repeating dialogue each time. It would be my first guess, though.

There really is no such thing as "more random".....it's just random.

More bounce=less influence would be better.

Even then...on that idea I would adhere to Grafstein's thinking.

"Gimme one bounce and I'll take all of your action"...bouncy or not. As long as they are hitting the pyramids...use a piece of plywood for all I care.

You guys have no idea how hard it is to repeat a video looking for that impressive roll. Not going to waste time.
    Top

    Dave,

His videos are surprisingly very good quality for a cell phone. I think it might behove you to go to Missouri and be part of one of his videos where you could demonstrate your excellent MP underhand toss. Since you are a member of his video followers, you could ask him if it would be feasible for such an arrangement. It would far surpass your video attempts of tossing into the box. If you would like I could PM his address to you and you could give him surprise visit and possibly a cameo appearance in his next video.

Are you saying Barney will never graduate, or LID will never let Barney record him? Let's be clear.

Just a question, about BOUNCE. Which has more bounce, a softer table or a harder table?

Softer tables induce more bounce! A hard, "Dead" table offers good things to those that are trying to influence the dice!
