    von duck,

    One thing is CERTAIN!!!

    Winning @ CRAPS is either:

    1) LUCK

    2) SKILL

    3) MIND OVER MATTER

    4) A Combination of 1, 2, & 3 above!!!

I'm gonna say, this is absolutely true, with an honorable mention for "cheating". :)

Positive motivation works in many fields of endeavor
Why would the game of craps be the single exclusion.?
Why would this advice work IN ALL FIELDS but fall short
    on a craps table??

Random....there is a ton of things on my bucket list, but unfortunately Life ( Household responsibilities.....particularly MOM) is at an All-time high.
However, I did get a chance to spend a great deal of time with ( G) last Saturday.....which I thoroughly enjoyed.

I just can't forsee any REAL leisure, " Get away" time for the near future. I'd love.....SO VERY MUCH to be able to detach from ALL obligations for a 60 day Vacation, but unfortunately.....it doesn't look good for me.

Being devoid of any Siblings when trying to care for a parent ABSOLUTELY sucks. Everything is on one person's shoulders, & what kind of child would you be if you didn't take care of your Mom?

Looks like I'll have to catch you on the Flip-side.....Random!

Hope you're still winning at " Rivers", & the surrounding Chicagoland Casinos.

Billy, some players are self-taught, so NOT having knowledge of the so-called greats, schools, or classes...means nothing.

Heck.....James SUPPOSEDLY has been Dice Influencing for 50 + years, & he didn't know what a GTC Toss was until he joined this forum.

For some people taking multiple classes is a bad thing. They end up doing the dog chasing their tail routine because they make toss changes based on too small a sample size.

Learning from a multiple of sources is never a bad thing.
I have never heard of anyone failing because they knew too much.
Learn , use what works and add to that information from other
sources , no one has all the answers. Gather all the information
you can then take that information and utilize it by
"Improvising & adapting it" to overcome the disadvantages
you face on the craps tables.

I completely understand, Top. Perhaps you will have the opportunity to visit Chicago in the future. Rivers Casino will still be here, lol. Heck, I might finally make a trip back to Atlanta after traveling there often for work years ago.

Real life responsibilities take priority. I applaud you for taking care of your mom. It's definitely not an easy thing to undertake, especially as the health issues mount; but it probably wasn't easy for her to raise you when you were born, either.

It’s obvious I am not TDV. Never been to Vegas and most likely never will. I know what suits me in my play. I thought you were done with TDV? You care more about TDV than I do. And if you dont believe I am not TDV then ask Superrick.

If you won $10 during all of 2018....it's considered gambling income and thus...taxable. Attach it (W-2G) to your regular job income....and file:)

$1 ahead in 2018?.....is technically gambling income.

The IRS uses both terms interchangeably. Meaning, same.
    Gambling winnings
    Gambling income.

A player can "call it" whatever he likes, winnings or income.

    $1 to infinity.....
