Last Sunday I was bored and felt like making the 1 hour drive North from Dallas to visit WinStar and play some dice Craps. I had never wanted to play the card version they had previously, but now with dice I was down for it.

    • Bankroll: $400
    • Table Bets: Min $10 Max $500 + $1 Ante every comeout roll
    • Walkaway: At -$300 or 3 hours whichever came first
    • Results: +$586 Won - 2h 45m of game time
    • Betting Strategy: $75 Don't Come - "Low Risk Craps Strategy"

There were about 8-10 players at the table with 2-3 good rollers. I personally never threw the dice and passed each time because I wanted to get the dice back into the hands of the guys who were rolling 10-12 rolls. I am pretty novice at Craps so the action was at a perfect speed for me to keep up with laying down my bets etc.

At the point I was nearing my time limit, I asked the stick man who had been helping me with my bets earlier what his favorite bet was. He said Hard 4. I threw down $10 and said it was "For the Boys" and sure enough the very next roll popped out a Hard 4 at 7-to-1 = $70. The dealers got a win!

As for the Casino itself... I'm not a smoker and soon as I opened the door from the parking garage I got hit with the smoke, but after getting in to the game I didn't notice it much and it is less than what I would get from a bar or nightclub venue.

why is this guy saying a $75 don't come bet....5 rolled....then 7....and you win $150? From that point in the video I turned it off as I couldn't follow his win vs. loss scenario as he was stating invalid $$ numbers.

    You're winning $75....not $150.

No....he had it right the first time. $75 don't come, roll 2...,win $75.

Why on earth he started bumping a $75 dont come bet...5...7....and say "you won $150"....is beyond me.

Then he got into the gyrations of what is a hedge play....

As soon as he fucked up the numbers....I no longer have an interest to watch. I went on the YouTube site to see if I could see the comments. He disabled them. I think I know why.

I think he is referring to his original $75 as 'winnings'. He takes $150, but he only really won $75.

I can't sit through this either. Might be good, but I got other stuff I gotta do.

Yes...something along these lines. $75 flat DC....after a passline bet...then hedged with place bets across the board. Also an option of $5 11 (yo) hedge on the $75 DC bet.

While ANY strategy can win here there and otherwise....I do not think these plays stand the test of time of regular craps play.

If this is the system where you establish a $75 DC flat bet and then make place bets totaling less than $75 that system sucks. I've seen it in action on the live tables and one of the local degenerates here plays a similar system on the bubble. He modified it to laying the 4 or 10 and making place bets totaling less than half the lay bets.

He also recently came out of retirement to work at his sisters cat on stick restaurant. He claims she can't find help. Lol.

You got $150 more than you had if you lost. It sounds better if you count it that way. You know how gamblers are, a guy buys in for $500 cashes out $700, and claims a $700 winner. Yeah, I guess he has $700 more than he might have had. :D

Since many of you want to fault how someone says "Winnings", which many people and apps do call what comes off the table as winnings... Here is another video with I'm sure other things you can gripe about because making unscripted videos isn't easy...

I agree that I don't count the amount bet in the amount I won. But I understand the reason some do... If it's on the table it's at risk. Once it's in your pocket it's yours.

Don't get me wrong..I'm glad you won using this system. I'm just saying I couldn't follow how it was doing because his wording was effectively not consistent. The first time he said "win $75"....correct....then a minute later, same $75 won and he said "win $150."

It's a hedge strategy. I see many playing it...especially on bubble craps where many bets can be placed easily, pulled and pushed, up and down.

I didn't go thru the rest of the video because of the initial inconsistency of his wording.

I'm not a big fan of any hedge plays as it dilutes wins.

Enjoy if it's working for you.
