I played two 2+ hour sessions with this recently. $300.00 buy in each session. It goes like this: $5 dollar bet on don’t come. shooter establishes point, place $22 inside (or if point inside) place remaining inside numbers ($17-$16). Odds of $20-$18 on $5 don’t come ($34 to $40 total bet). Allow the place bets to hit 3 times then start pressing the place bets, I will use the 6 as an example for presses. $6 to $12 to $18 to $36 to $48 etc. If the don’t number hits, I bring it back up with the same $5 don’t bet/odds immediately My 1st. session of 2+ hours at times over double the buy in, but ending up down $29 for the entire session. My 2nd. session went way south, with 2+ hours of play at down $200, with me being the only shooter. Total for almost 5 hours play down $230 +-. But I tipped the crew probably $35 per session I noticed that when someone else was shooting I did a lot better. While at the table both sessions I watched a lot of chicken feeders come and go. Both boxmen/crew had commented that they had never seen this type of play before as I never bet anything but the above. Please run this on your simulators and critque this strategy.

I like it… It’s something to look at.  Here is my suggestion:  Increase your initial bets then regress and remove your dont bet.  i.e.  Consider betting $45 on the dont (I dont like to lay odds) and maybe $5 yo. Then $44 inside (including the point if the point is inside). After 1 or 2 (maybe 3) hits make it $22 inside and take down the dont. Now all you have is $22 at risk if the 7 comes. After another hit or two then press the place bet(s).

After 2 inside hits you have $28. Take it down to $22 inside and remove the dont and you have $6 profit or $1 if you bet the yo for $5.

If the 7 shows after the point. Then you loose $44 and win $45 on the dont and you have a profit of $1 or loss of $4 if you bet the yo.

The only thing that will get you is if you get a bunch of 7’s at the come out.

I see a lot of variations of this play…
