There is a button on the touch screen for tipping the dealers.  I only tried it once because it didnt seem to work right.  I tried making a pass line bet for the dealer but it didn’t seem to work.  I even asked the dealer about it but he didn’t know how to do it.  From that point on, I would just tip the dealer at the end of the game once I cash out my chips.  When you hit the cash out option, they will cash you out with real chips.
