What really pisses dealers off

Dealers hate when players tip the shooter.  I’ve been tipped $50 or $100 a number of times for hitting proposition bets.  And the dealers are seldom shy in uttering their disgust in that money that could just as easily be given to them is instead going to another player.  My rule:  If they don’t whine, I’ll share.  If they do, I wont be intimidated into sharing.

The same goes for making bets for the shooter without also making one for them.  They don’t seem to hate it as much as the direct tipping, but you’ll usually hear some sarcastic remarks.

Wow if I ever get a dealer who says something to me that has anything to do with money sharing i will purposely get him tapped out and replaced.  I dont care if I have to argue with him and claim he did not pay out one of my bets.  I would not stand for that.

What someone does with there money is no concern of the dealer and a statement like “he could have given it to me” would get him a early day off around me.  He acts like he is working on tips only.  BS that shit right there would send me right over the edge.  I tip the dealers only at the end of my session and or only after a big win.  I would rather make a bet where I call out a dealer split before just giving them straight tips.

Good I am so glad people are tipping the shooters they are the ones making you money not the dealers

I only tip certain dealers that are respectful and informative
I see through the other ones who want to be sarcastic but expect “hush money” for you to leave them alone and the only thing they get from me is a smart ass comment.

I did have one dealer bust out laughing when I sevened out on my second roll I told him “But whats really funny is you wanting a tip from me in the future but since I GIVE you a laugh I wont need to GIVE your broke ass a tip..see you next time"He saw me again two nights later and was kissing my ass and calling me sir.He has got nothing from me since and that goes for anyone else.

Dealers should be tipped for good service, not whether or not they’re the ones making you money.  Last time I checked, waiters and waitresses don’t actually cook the food they give people at restaurants, yet they still get tipped for good service.  Oh, and dealers are basically working for tips only since their base pay can be less than minimum wage at many casinos.

Can’t remember whether I’ve posted this link before, but it seems appropriate here.

After many years of Craps study, money spent on worthless systems and play: I have found but one occurance that “pisses dealers off” besides that of no tips upon winning.  It seems that in this year of 2011 there has been a new system of Craps Table attack brought forth to the game.  That being “The Craps Blast”.  To be found at MindBites.com.  However it’s advisable to see this author’s tapes at Best Winning Craps System #1-4 at YouTube.com to gain a better understanding of it’s workings.
Relying on the well known base of the “Pass-Come” system:  The Facts of Craps - by Walter P. Nolan:  this newer system claims to be the first in the history of the game to completely block and Force the table to payout.  All with simple Chess or Checkers like moves.  And so it does.
On my summer vacation I put this new principal to stringent work with astonishing result.  I did lose rounds of play, however my ending profits were more than impressive.  The “pissed off” part usually always came when the boxman called in his pitboss to witness the raise of blasting bets.  These raises are always performed by the given dealer himself.  It’s as if they were forcing themselves to lose.
I highly recomend this new form of play and intend to use nothing else in my future gambits at Craps.  If only just to “piss” them off.

There has been a new system of Craps Table attack brought forth to the game.

Unvarnished huckstering:

”  Now here’s my offer to you.  A chance to learn this truly amazing system. Something I’ve kept secret for years. A First in the History of Craps Gaming.  A Complete New Master Principal of actual Profitable Attack.  Safe and simple to engage. Easy adaptation to your own personal variations.
Forget the phoney dice control. “LEARN TOTAL TABLE CONTROL” Know exactly where when and why to Bet In. Propper redemption of the odds through Bet Scrooging. Numbers Capture. Field Triggering. Blasting. plus The 7 Net Haul.
Will it win? Do you feel LUCKY? For the CrapsBlast not to win it would have to be your “unluckiest” day in a casino.  Or they could change the table layout everywhere. Not very likely.
So here it is. Your move - to the Next Level of Craps Gamming.  Play like a real Pro. And at a blasted low price everyone a winner can afford. ”

Sancho -

Is this an actual endorsement of this method -

Or is this ” tongue in cheek ” -

It appears to me on the surface that you actually believe and endorse this style of play !

The two sister posts using the same language show that this is unadulterated spam. Nothing more. And nothing less.

It would have been more believeable if he used something besides a poorly handmade craps layout.  What he hints at with his four parts is something so set on losing your butt that I can’t imagine anybody buying his stuff.
Wheres the beef?

Yeah, you’re probably right about stiffs. I really don’t mind (MUCH! lol) if the other players toke somebody who shoots up a “duke” or a long shot prop bet. And I don’t blame players for not toking dealers who aren’t servicing them up, or rude, or impatient or just not making the effort. But if you are fortunate enough to play on a table with a tight, competent crew that makes sure you’re taken care of and comfortable at the game and you don’t take care of them, then you are a fool. It doesn’t need to be a lot, but even a minimal tip is appreciated as here in NV we are taxed an hourly rate by the IRS whether we get stiffed or not. Believe me, its not the money(totally), its the lack of respect that chaps my arse. Also want to shout out to Midnight Skulker, the article about tippin’ he referred to in his post was a a thing of beauty. Thank you MS
