Two very simple strategy’s.

Bet 1 unit on the Don’t Pass while laying odds 1 or 2 units.

or

Bet 1 unit on the pass line, back it up 1 unit, and lay 1 unit on the 6 and the 8.

If you had to bet one of these ways, which one would most likely be more profitable?

Do you mean place one unit on the 6 & 8?

Impossible to answer….I know what I would do…but that’s not to say its right. Cant predict likeliness of profitablity.

I thought the casino knows how many times each number is suppose to show and that’s one of the things they base their payouts on.

I guess it’s all random but apparantly it is really not, as they are staking their entire operation on the dice ‘remebering’.

I’d pick door number one:

Bet 1 unit on the Don’t Pass while laying odds 1 or 2 units.

That answer is simple:

You asked: If you had to bet one of these ways, which one would most likely be more profitable?

The absolute lowest house odds is to place you bet on the Don’t Pass and back it up with odds.

If you mean instead of most profitable, Less Costly, then that is the correct answer.
Although the odds are fairly close that bet gives you the lowest odds on the table and therefore the least costly.

Nobody can predict the short run of rolls that will happen at the time you are at the table or the sequence of them occuring.
It may be that the 7 rolls an abnormally large/short number of times or that the sequence is that no matter what side you choose your are right/wrong.
