Im a little frustrated, I rolled 7 points my first turn out and 6 points the turn after. I was using a 2 v as I always do, so I leave the casino and the next 2 days I am lucky to get 2 numbers before going out. I have played for a living for about a year now and have never been this bad. I have tried to switch my set to a 3v and a hardway and have done worse yet. I dont know if Im throwing off axis or what. I have a regulation rig in my house I practice on and at home I can roll up around 35 times or so before 7 out, but as soon as I get to the casino Im out. I am so frustrated at this…...Any suggestions?

You have a regulation rig at home?  The only thing I can think of is that you’re home rig and the casino table are of different lengths or heights.  If you have to shoot an extra nine inches or lean over further that could throw every thing off.  Try practicing with a set 11 (with the one on the 5 dice turned away from the six) you may get better results that is what I do when things are not working for me.

Good luck!

you can also try to set the dice the hardway
six on the left with four showing and four showin on the right and the 1 on the right side
so all the hardways are matched.  and its very true what the other guy said
if your table is regulation it could be that you are throwing a different way when you are at the casino than youdo at home
at home you dont have other players around, so you are more focused and concentrate more
what i would recommend is
turn the radio on , tv on, anything to cause and create distractions in your practice rig that way you can learn to tune everything out…
also, the felt could be different. some casinos add foam at the bottom of felts, etc.. maybe its higher or shiorter
but i can understand your fruystrations
sometimes i can hit 4 hardways back to back, then other times i cant hit nothing but 7’s to save my life
i added my practivce rig and dice setting on youtube

You need to also consider The padding under the felt is different on almost every table. I found that practice rigs are awesome for the throw and
placement, but when it comes to bounce, thats something you need to figure out when you get to the table. For that very reason I never go out guns
a blazing when i first hit the table, I bet conservative. IronWig is right too, I have a friend who throws perfect at home but as soon as he steps foot in
the casino he’s a nervous wreck, too many distractions and heat from the man. My best advice I can give you is find a casino you like with friendly
staff, and stick to it. My stomping grounds (when I get money) is Cal Neva in Reno. low limit 3 dollar tables, nice staff, they dont care if you set.
