A "Mrs Von Duck"? No. I was married once, nearly a second time ( got my shit together just in the nick of time). No, to me, having a "girlfriend", is about like holding down a second job. I'm happily single.
"Lucky lady"? Yeah, I'll have to say that's right. "Boyfriends"? No, so you can stop hitting on me, "Ma'am".
One hit and down, man that's a grind. And it's so painful standing around watching a long roll unfold even though you've locked up $14. When you feel comfortable moving on try this as a next step and at least you will be in play and maybe you'll catch a heater every now and again. $12 each 6/8. First hit, press the one that hits by a unit to $18 and take the other one down. You should be up on one number for $18 and have $4 at risk. From there build up and out as you desire.
Punch, The most important things for your, mine and anyone else's craps play (with the possible of exception of UCDT and LID) are: (1) Win as much money as possible and (2) Find a method or methods of play that appeal to you, The UnderCoverDiceThug and LID have no need to worry about point 2 above, since they both always win at craps as a result of their tossing skills, learned under the tutelage of Herr Maximilian Planck at der Institute in Baden Baden (so good, they named it twice).
duck is probably that man.....that man from Nantucket................there once was a man from Nantucket...... 777
I'm sure he will move on from this eventually as well but at the moment he is just getting his feet wet and this is a safe enough play with low house edge. When he's ready to win big bucks I'll give him the link to Mike's Ladder.
punch18 A lot depends on what you want out of craps. If you want a little fun now and then the advice here by night attack is pretty good $12 each 6/8. First hit, press the one that hits by a unit to $18 and take the other one down. You should be up on one number for $18 and have $4 at risk. From there build up and out as you desire. If you want to play a lot and learn a shot and so on, that is another story and it has its rewards, but it also has a cost. For having fun, $12 6 & 8 sounds pretty good. Dicesetter
Nothing wrong with this other than the boredom of waiting at the rail for the next opportunity. If time is not money, go for it.
