No! It’s a machine that is capable of dealing a crooked game, when there is no oversight from a higher authority ( Indian casinos, and perhaps some others). Since this is likely installed as a shared revenue device, it may not be the casino removing it, but perhaps the machine owner, seeking greener pastures ( an Indian casino). The machines will likely find their way to some other venue. To be successful, this machine will need a proper set up. 1. A low minimum bet, and two, the attached swivel chairs installed. If you are going to stand, you might as well play the regular tables.
Dice throwing “talent” can only be measured one way. I am yet to see anybody show the ability to win consistently, and at a rate, that could not be explained any other way, but dice control. That being said, I could make a pretty good case, for Harrah’s Cherokee, to have substantial dice control. There is no other plausible explanation, for the drop of the dice, at that venue.
WTF are you talking about. The players DO throw the dice! I have never once claimed I had any control while shooting, and it is very unlikely that you do either. When I go there, it’s just to take advantage of the free parking.
The lack of playing time and knowledge of the game of RTW is glaringly obvious in the case of know nothing Dave.
Two low roller places for RTW still exist in greater Biloxi. Boomtown and Palace. Greater Biloxi market stretches from Waveland to D’Iberville, containing 12 casinos.
I always liked Boomtown. They had a three dollar table in the morning. I also prefer parking in a lot as opposed to a garage. Do you happen to know the minimum bet? There’s an article in the Tampa Bay Times today about the Seminole Gaming Compact. A judge in D.C threw the whole thing out. The injuns kept taking sports bets on their app in direct defiance of the judge’s order. Apparently the fat lady hasn’t sung on this issue yet. Might explain why no real craps tables yet.
If he had read my past posts, he would know that, where I’ve played thi# game, the players DO shot the dice, and when the dice hit the table, they come to a screeching halt. Very puzzling.
I cannot speak for what the tables in Biloxi are like, concerning “roll characteristics. The one I’ve seen, looks to be in violation of the laws of physics. Could be a custom fit option, available only where it cannot be legally challenged.
They have a couple of tables on the floor, but no action yet. There’s some pending litigation going on, and my guess is that they’re waiting for a favorable decision. There’s a couple of major sticking points that could cause it to go either way in my opinion. First, the compact with the state of Florida allows for the injuns to have exclusive sports betting in the state and they can book those bets from an app located anywhere in the state. The servers would be located on tribal property, but . . . A judge in D.C threw the whole compact out primarily for that reason. The Seminoles have kept accepting bets on their app in direct defiance of the judge’s ruling, while simultaneously asking the judge to reconsider and allow them to keep operating pending appeal. That doesn’t seem wise to me. The other thing is that the voters went to the polls in 2018 and voted for a Constitutional Amendment stating that only the voters were to decide on any expansion of gaming in Florida. This probably won’t matter because Governor Desantis, and Scott before him, have stacked the Florida Supreme Court with right-wing whack jobs that have zero respect for the will of the voters. Anywho, here’s a pic of one of the tables. There’s no ATS or Fire Bet, near as I could tell. As far as the surface, I can assure you that it’s green. I reached down and touched it, and there was some give to it when pressed. Very firm foam or something. I know dick about craps table surfaces.
See here is a perfect example where you are a fucked up idiot. No offense meant just a fact. Since when is it the job of a judge to even for one second, to make a decision, based on respecting voters??? WTF is wrong with you. Your thought pattern here is absurd. Now that I have pointed this out to you can you see it???
Yes you can toss the dice. But game is directed at the " amateur DI community" Believe DeMango is a card carrying member. Or it could simply be " the shiny new object" phenomenon! Waiting for a DeMango trip report! What I ' m doing? Getting to 20+% on my 4& 10 hits per hand. Don't have time for these amateur " gimmicks"
Ok, let’s say you’re at 20%. Now, how long does it take a guy to pick-up, say, $75, so he can call it a day? How long was MP at 23%? I mean, I was once at 50%, but that was only for two rolls.
Well uh, when is the last time you actually played craps at a casino? Trip reports have been pretty scarce of late.
